Hi Carol, unfortunately you cannot return items that have been worn and the tags removed. We do write this very clearly in our returns policy. "We gladly accept returns of items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. In order to receive a full refund, we ask that your returned items be intact and free of any signs of wear. "
