Hi Diane, We can see someone answered your call, replied to your various emails and gave you all the relevant information with regards to your tracking. According to the tracking there is an issue with delivering your item. Soomething that has been updating everyday --> https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/?action=track&tracknumbers=9261292701030959752104&action=track We have been there every time you asked a question. If the items are unable to be delivered they will come back to us, and we can re-ship or we can refund. Is there anything further that you think we should have done?
