“after being told twice by fed ex that my address did not exist, contacted brayola to send it a third time, and they said they were out of the item now!!!! how could they be out when they haven't even got the second one back yet?? I will never order from this company again and have told everyone on facebook about ur rotten company”

Hi Carol, I can see that we refunded you for the manual order that we had to place in order to re-ship the items the second time. Yes, this was a mistake, and we have now fully refunded you back for the money. We are sorry to hear that we are a "rotten company". We did everything we possibly could to get the item to you, do you think there was anything else we could have done? We are sorry that FedEx couldn't deliver it to you. “I have two of these bras and love them - they are sheer but I wear a set of 'Dimmers" with them, so no longer worry about that. I have always had trouble with straps slipping off but this bra has better strap positioning than others - good for us petite sizes.”

“Love these bras the straps never fall off . They are hard to get off without stretching the straps tho. Support is pretty good however I hate that they are so sheer and show nipples. Which is not good when support is just ok”
