“If I could give Brayola a ZERO I would, I sent back my return and have confirmed delivery of 1/9/19 and today is 1/28/19 and they have still not processed my return or refunded my credit card. I have called customer service twice with no resolve. The first time it said it could take 15 business days to process and now they say 14-21 business days. I plan to file a claim with the better business bureau as it appears the company is in the practice of holding on to your money and not processing returns.”
