“I followed the sizing info given by Brayola for the bra I bought, rather than getting my regular size that I knew would fit, against my better judgment. When I received the bra, sure enough, it did not fit at all and was way too small. Because I trusted the seller to provide accurate information, it cost me extra money. I was forced to return the wrong sized bra at my expense and reorder it in the correct size, which caused me to have to pay shipping yet again. I emailed and let them know my issue, asking them to return my shipping as well as crediting me for the returned bra. I got no response and did not get my refund. I will not order from Brayola again because of this.”

“I’m typically a 34B. I was hoping for a more comfortable experience with wider underarm material and a back band that was larger. I used the size chart and ordered a medium (wish I’d ordered a large). Go with one size larger, they run small.”
