“I recently had to return a bra because id didn’t fit well. After nearly three weeks, I called, at which time the Brayola rep said she would put a quick refund in the works because I called. Why did I have to call to get the refund??? I had already re-ordered and received the same bra in a different size. Refunds should be made quicker and should require a phone call in order to speed up the process!”
