“i returned a bra on Sept 27 and noticed on my latest bank statement that I was not credited. I called to rectify this and was put on hold for so long that I eventually hung up. Called again at 9 AM next day, when web site says they open, and nobody was there. When I got machine an hour later, still no response from a live person and told to leave a message. When they finally got back to me I was in car and had no info with me. I gave them my name, email address etc and could not find any of it in computer. If not in computer how was I able to get this from u. Obviously someone has my Email address. The person who could not find anything in the computer said a manager would call and I never heard from that person. I consider this terrible smcustomer service. I would never order anything again from this site, would make sure anyone considering it would be informed about the way u r handling this problem”
