“The bra has a great closure & the cups are wonderful. HOWEVER - the elastic rolls & is uncomfortable & the sides & back are NOT wide enough for a plus size bra - IT cannot be worn for long periods of time & forget sleeping in it.”

“Received the bra in a timely fashion and I liked it but it was too small so I returned it. The company accepted my return only they didn’t refund my money and yes I waited until the 20 business days ended. I sent 3 separate emails and received only automated responses saying they opened a ticket. I finally called and was on hold for 10 minutes waiting my turn. The customer service rep issued my refund and I got an email notification 5 minutes later. How many other people are not getting responses to emails? How many other people are not getting their refund without the phone call? I should not have had to do any of those things.”
