“I ordered a certain size, and it was switched by the time it shipped. I know I chose one size that was different on the order by the time i saw it. Tried to get it corrected, but no one could do anything but tell me to refuse it when it arrived. That cost me $12 for nothing. Won't ever make this mistake again. Fool me once...”
