“I am very frustrated with this company. I ordered a bra and it was defective. Multiple emails and a couple of phone calls and the issue is still not resolved. They wanted me to pay for shipping back the item and I simply won't since it's defective. I had to go to my credit card company to resolve the issue. Horrible customer service.”

“Perhaps this bra will work for smaller cup sizes, but it offered no support whatsoever, and I would be ashamed to be seen in this bra.. I fasten my bras in the front, so I also find it very difficult to get on and off and have been frustrated by the straps getting crossed. But again, my breasts look terrible in this bra, and I would never wear it outside the house. I foolishly bought two, and one is still in the package. I guess I was hopeful that I could have an alternative to my wired bras; what a mistake!”

“I love this bra! If only there was a regular strap option. I like the cross back too, but not ideal for some shirts. Other hen that, I wish I could where it everyday. Washes well... oh yes, more color options please.”

“Talk about a Chinese puzzle! How to get it on??? I like the bra, but no way can I fasten it and then get my head thru the cross straps. I am not able to fasten my bra in the back. I fasten it in the front and then turn it around and put my arms thru it as I am adjusting. Can’t do that with cross straps.”

“Ordered a bra that arrived promptly and was charged promptly. Needed to return the bra which was done promptly but still have not receive a refund. Poor customer service.”
