“When ordering, there was a question about any special requests. I requested a longer chain and said I would pay. I gave measurements. There was no reply and I received the incorrect chain. I'm quite upset as this was a very sensitive gift for a special occasion, my wife.
My wife had to remove the chain that was sent and attach the pendant to another chain that she already had.
It took a lot of the good out of the gift.”
