“THE COIR DOORMAT WAS FLAWED AND IT WAS SO OBVIOUS AND THEY WENT AHEAD AND SENT IT OUT. I DIDN'T CALL OR TRY TO RETURN B/C WASTE OF TIME. BUT TO ALLOW SOMEONE TO SEND SOMETHING OUT THAT WAS WASN'T PERFECT JUST TELLS ME THAT NO ONE CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. JUST DO WHAT'S EASIEST. SAD.”

“Unlike the rubber doormats sold by Briarwood Lane, the Fiber Coir doormats are perfect. They are heavy enough to stay in place when used and the fiber coir is tough enough to remove mud and dirt. Although I have not needed to clean the mat, I suspect hosing it down will be all that is necessary. Not in this order, I made a purchase of 3 fiber coir for 50$, the same as the less quality rubber doormats.”

“I bought this mat to use at the entryway from my deck to the house. Having lots of natural debris outside, this mat has kept it from coming in on our shoes. I'm very pleased.”
