“I wrote to Customer service about my mat. It looked like something chewed the side of the mat around the design or a person did a lousy job with a dull knife around it. It really looked like a rat chewed off a chunk of it. I sent photos & they gave me a lame excuse & said it was supposed to look like that. It didnt look like that on the opposite side, it was a smooth cut . I said I would never buy another mat from them again. I could of went to Hobby Lobby & got a cuter one that was less expensive. I hardly ever complain about things I purchase that are not right but I did with this mat. I spent a good amount of $$$ between all the flags I purchased in that order. The Customer Service person was kind of snotty & pissed me off. Then I went to Old Time Pottery & found the same Garden Flags for $5. Needless to say I was a unhappy Customer. Live & learn from your mistakes. & I did.”
