“All your flags are beautiful, but more important is your customer service. Your customer service is outstanding. During the holidays and this epidemic I had a small problem with my order being stuck somewhere in limbo. You immediately sent out another order, and then of course, the 1st order came. After contacting you to get a label to return the 2nd order, I received an email stating that since I had a delay on the 1st order to keep the 2nd order and gift to someone else. That is completely unreal a company would do that. Kudos to all of you!”
