“Hello folks , i ordered this flag for my wife to display for holidays , before i could suprise her ,she ordered two for Christsmas .When mine came in the about four or five little white snowflakes were not glued down properly . They were turned up folded over it looked just really bad. i was going to try and get cloth type glue and reglue but was afraid i could not place a weight to hold down on it with out gluing a book to the flag. I emailed michelle and she told me to send a picture of it to your address. several tries i could not make it thru . I spoke with a neighbor ,,,,even asked the post lady but she had no help on my phone . Michelle told me of a way to answer her but again i just could not make it work, Calling back she said she would need a picture before she would send a replacement. Ive tried to explain Im almost 73 years old ,and limited in my skills on the internet, never took typing in school so i hunt for the letters. Wifes flags came in and was verry pleased. I am just gonna count my losses and nail the fliped up flag in my garrage , if you need my oreder number she got it by my frankauten@yahoo.com 126 harbor oaks drive in clover sc 29710.....thanks Frank Auten i wont bother you folks again ,”
