“I placed an order with Briarwood Lane on January 15, which included this garden flag as well as three Valentine decorative pillows and an outdoor Valentine’s Matt. IJanuary 15, which included this garden flag as well as three Valentine decorative pillows and an outdoor Valentine’s Matt. I received all of my other items except for my garden flag. I emailed the company that my garden flag was not in my package with my other items on 1/23. The company responded on 124 apologizing for that not being included in with my order and stated they would ship out a flag immediately. Today is February 3rd and I have yet to receive my flag. I had hoped to receive it by February 1st to at least have two weeks to enjoy it. Perhaps it will arrive and I can still use it next year.”
