“This was the first time ordering from Briarwood Lane. I do not like writing negative reviews at all and hardly ever do but unfortunately I had no choice this time. My "Merry Little Christmas" flag has a black background with Christmas colors on it and a saying. I was disappointed when I noticed white smears on the black background. I tried wiping this smear off but it clearly is stained on the flag. I was waiting for this flag to arrive to hang it on my pole so I decided to go ahead and accept the flaw. After 3 days of hanging I noticed something wrong with the way it was hanging. I took down the flag pole only to discover that the stitched on connecting tag that one uses to connect the flag to the pole had completely detatached from the flag. It had not been stitched on correctly at all. I've been hanging decorative flags for over two decades and I've never had this happen before. I had to sew this tag back onto the flag myself. After this second problem with this Briarwood Lane decorative flag I had to write this disappointing review. From my original order I have another flag which I've not hung yet but I'm not holding my breath that it will work out any better. Your flags are beautiful but come with many problems. A very disappointed first time and last time customer.”
