“Although the flag is well construct & seems sturdy the COLORS are ugly. It is not Red, White & Blue as shown on website! . It is more Brown, Gray & Turqouise. I arranged to return for refund per phone call to Customer Service. They told me to keep it & I would have have credit to my account ($5 less than purchase price) I have not been able to access my account???”
