“These stoppers are wonderful for when it's windy. Yesterday the wind was 15 to 20 mph and these stoppers kept the flag from flying down the street. They are a little hard to get on the flag holder at first they are rubber and of course they went on with some resistance but they went on and are on till you take them off.”
