“Tough enough to be left out in the winter. Strong at holding on the flag when the wind is blowing, the material used is a strong but easy to use rubber like piece and it is a pretty flower like design”

“These are a life saver to my garden flags after having several flags take off during wind storms - I live on a hill and to keep my flags on their stake, these do the job. Wouldn't display any of my beautiful flags without stoppers.”
