“When I tried to put the first one onto my flag stand, it ripped as the hole in the center of the rubber stoppers was too small for both of my flag stands. My husband had to use his drill to make the holes larger to fit. Was embarrassing as I had already given a pack of the stoppers to my neighbor. Now that they fit, I think they will be valuable in not having a flag come loose in the wind. My poles are standard garden flag holders, but because they are about 10 yrs old......I'm guessing that they made them a little sturdier back then.”
