“It seems good quality. I haven't actually used it yet but of the 3 items I bought here, it's the only one that met expectations. The metal is too thick diameter for the "3-pack Floral Design Garden Flag Stand Rubber Stoppers" to fit over it (also purchased on this website) so I'm planning to drill larger holes in them before I use it for the first time, so it's been sitting there waiting on me to make time to do that because I don't want to lose my flag in a windstorm.”
