Briarwood Lane's rubber doormat tray is a great way to add a little pizazz to your doormats. The tray measures 23.75" x 36" and fits mat inserts measuring 18" x 30".
“One of my recent purchases was two natural fiber coir mats and the rubber doormat tray. When I tried to put the coir mat on top of the tray, I noticed it did not fit. The description for either item does not indicate this tidbit. When I initiated a return for the tray, I was told I would be responsible for the shipping. Customer service reached out and offered me a one time credit to be placed on my account for future use and and said to consider looking at the their other mats as a purchase. I ended up buying a regular mat so that I would be able to use the tray. But that was an additional purchase I did not want to make. I would have much rather returned the tray with them paying the shipping as I do not feel it was my fault they do not fit with each other, and it was not indicated on the website as such. Also, I really love the fact that they include a five dollar gift card with each purchase, but do not understand why they would only let you use one of them at a time. They recently had an offer for the Fourth of July for free shipping, which is also five dollars, but when I tried to put in my gift certificate, it would not take it both. I have purchased many items from this website and they are of good quality, however, I will be stepping back from any subsequent purchases in the future much due to these two factors”
