“I ordered it February 7th for Valentines Day. It was obviously never received or I would have heard from the party to whom it was sent. I followed up with a call to Briarwood Lane on February 22nd, and they said that there was never a shipping label created for this purchase. It is now March 12th and I still haven't head from the person to whom should have received it. I called today and no one answered. I left a message to call me. This whole experience is extremely disappointing and I want a refund ASAP.Im starting to wonder if this is a legitimate business!!”
