“I was excited to be able to purchase items from you directly. The cost of returning items to your company is too prohibitive. When the mail box cover did not fit my sister's mailbox, it cost over $8.00 to return to your company. The second mail box cover doesn't fit either due to the doo dads on the top of the box. So, I'm stuck with a mail box cover and it's not worth returning. I'm so sorry. This just doesn't work for me.”

“The last mailbox cover I bought fit my oversized mailbox perfectly. This one, however, is too big. The magnetic strip is too close to the bottom of the paper on each side. In order for it to stay on, with the magnetic strips actually touching the metal sides, the cover has to sit up in the air on top of the mailbox. So there is a tunnel of about two inches on top of the mailbox. You can slip a paper towel cardboard roll in there. To fit the mailbox, I would have to peel off the magnetic strips and glue them about one inch higher on each side of the mailbox so that they would take up the slack from the exact middle of the cover. The last mailbox cover fit perfectly, so I am not sure why I have this problem. The colors and design look great though.”

“This item seems to be made of card stock with a thin plastic overlay. Was expecting a more sturdy cover. Can use for one season and then would have to replace. This surprised me because everything else I have purchased from DDF has been of excellent quality. I will continue to buy other items from DDF.”
