“Have 2 other seasonal Balloon Twisters. When I went to open this one to hang it out, it would not open and stay open. I immediately emailed company and received email back quickly that a replacement was on the way. No problem at all and new one worked perfectly. My experience with the previous balloon twisters are good quality and good color. They do not fade. I'm enjoying them!”
