Sorry to hear about the few damaged bricks. Our customer service team are trying to get to the bottom of it and has been in touch with you this morning. I understand my customer service team is waiting for a few photos from you, then we can find out whether the bricks were loaded damaged or the damage occurred during the delivery process.
It is always advisable to add up to 10% to the total number of bricks needed, to cover damages and miscalculations, although we will see what we can do to replace or refund a couple of bricks.
