Sorry to hear about the few cracked bricks. Our customer service team will be in touch with you shortly and ask for a few photos of the damaged bricks, then we can find out whether the bricks were loaded damaged or the damage occurred during the delivery process.
Please also note, very thin cracks can occasionally be visible on bricks when inspected closely, and might not be classed as major cracks and damages if barely visible. It is also advisable to add up to 10% to the total number of bricks needed, to cover damages and miscalculations.
However, we will be more than happy to assist you further and assess the damaged bricks and hopefully be able to help.

We would like to provide an update on this matter.
An email update has been sent to you from our customer service team with clarification from the manufacturer, Michelmersh, regarding the special shape bricks you received.
After receiving your images, they have confirmed that the bricks supplied meet their standard for texture and finish.
As texture and appearance can vary slightly depending on the production method, manufacturer and factory, we recommend contacting our sales team in advance for any future orders where a specific finish is required. They will be happy to assist in sourcing the closest available brick to your preferences.
