“I have been wanting this jacuzzi/shower setup for quite some time. Upon arriving, packaging for shipping was solid didn,t see any obvious damage except a few nicks on the box. Very secure and packaged so no damage could be done to the unit itself thankfully, didnt wanna deal with an exchange fiasco... Once we tried to put the shower together, we noticed there were no real instructions, we might have missed them but Payson got us them upon request through the phone line to our email.”
