“Before I made this purchase I had read that it was a great oven/stove. But people who did need help were very unhappy with Customer Service. I purchased my stove anyway because I really liked the look and price. I was so pleased when about 3 months in I received a call to see if everything was good. I told them the oven temp was off and they immediately gave me the repair #. When I called they gave me the tip of reheating with the convection oven fan on and that worked perfectly. The Oven temp is nearly spot on and it preheats in mere minutes. So far I'm thrilled with my oven. Had it for over 6 months now.”
