“The ring is beautiful and fairly priced. However, the service to get the ring resized (even bringing it to a Brilliant Earth Showroom) is over 3 weeks. They do not pay for resizing at another shop. Seems crazy to pay $10k and not have them cover the cost of resizing, or fix it quickly themselves.”
“I love my engagement ring and wouldn't trade it for anything but there are a few things to consider when buying this ring. The pros are its comfortable, dainty and delicate. The cons, the band is a bit bulky on the palm of my hand and find it scratches or bangs every time I put my hand down, having a thinner edge at the bottom would help. Secondly I find the 18k yellow gold is a different colour then all the other 18k golds out there, and scratches extremely easily! Otherwise the company has been super helpful when buying a wedding ring and my diamond is crazy sparkly.”
