“The white gold setting is horrible quality. After just 5 months the entire ""coating"" rubbed off leaving the ring a gold color. I was told by their team that buying white gold you should expect to pay to re-coat every 2 YEARS! (WHAT?!). Extrapolating that out it would mean I would need ~ 25 more re-coats until I die... With that cost, it makes sense to just throw it out and buy a whole new setting. RIDICULOUSLY bad quality. For what it's worth - I wear only white gold rings and have NEVER had this issue with other jewelers. Brilliant earth has made it very challenging to work towards an exchange.”
