The platinum Willow-style ring is beautiful and wonderfully complements the orange sapphire. The cut and color of the stone are elegant, and I was surprised to see how much it sparkles. The brilliantly colored sparkle is stunning.
I haven't had to deal much with customer service, because the ring was delivered safely and timely, and the ring was beautiful, as advertised, and, most importantly, accepted by my fiancee. I had a great experience with BE and am turning to them again for the wedding band.”

This ring is not only unique in shape, but is also the only one on the site that has an excellent matching wedding band. The wedding bands of the other rings on the site are really just the same as the engagement ring but without the main stone. For the willow though, the wedding band actually contours the engagement ring at a matching shape.
The staff was very friendly and helpful in making my order (I suggest calling instead of doing online). They even helped me get the order on time for my engagement, as it was during a very busy time (Thanksgiving).”
“I usually go for Unique items, so when my husband got me this ring for Christmas and then I saw online that it was on the Top 20 list, I was a little disappointed, but truly it's beautiful and he placed a hand-selected sapphire from the Unique Colored Gems collection to make it special. The ring is a little more delicate than I would have expected looking at the pictures, but works well as I have smaller hands. He sized the ring off some other jewelry I have but we ended up having to send it back - very agonizing 2 week wait! So I would recommend getting a true sizing rather than using the paper reference Brilliant Earth provides, which was close but not quite perfect. The little diamonds on the side are perfect to make the whole thing sparkle but not be gaudy.”
