“My husband purchased the willow ring (with diamond centre stone and sapphire small stones) for our engagement in April 2016. It is beautiful, but since then, we have twice had to repair the ring (at our own cost) because I have taken it to the jewellers for cleaning and they have told me that one of the sapphire side stones was lose. We now live in the UK and I got it repaired once in the UK in June 2018 and once on a trip to the US in June 2021. I haven't wanted to send it back to Brilliant Earth for repairs as it concerns me to post it back to the US and I would be without the ring for a lot longer. I think it is disappointing that a brand new ring has needed repairing twice in the space of under 5 years, and it makes me constantly worried that one of the sapphires is going to fall out. It seems to me that this is a manufacturing fault - is there anything that Brilliant Earth can do, either to recompense me the cost of the repairs that I have had done, or do something to make the ring more sturdy?”
