“My husband and I just celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary and he wanted to buy me a special ring. He has Alzeimers and asked me to look for one,. I showed him the ring and he loved it. The heart shaped diamond for our love and the Celtic band because of my background. Although I could have chosen anyone, I thought this one was perfect. Thank you for my lovely ring. I will cherish it always. Susan Roetter”
“The ring is beautiful and she just loves it! But the best part about Brilliant Earth is the process meeting with a expert and sharing in a experience where we came up with a plan and worked though all my ideas. 10/10 would recommend!”
“My fiance and I looked over rings for a long time, and this fit everything we wanted. We got a 0.55 carat heart shaped stone, and I love that it is remiscent of my Claddagh ring. The stone size compliments the delicate metal woven around it, and I love the lower profile for every day wear.”
“When I came to the original sizing of the ring my fiance felt like they didn't guide her well enough in the process of getting the right size. Looking back at that probably would have prevented all these problems, if they had just been a little more helpful with the sizing. So she decided she needed a 6.5, so that's what we got. I proposed to her at she thought the ring looked great (honestly it did) but with 6.5 it was just falling off her finger. Needless to say, she couldn't wear the ring at all, so on Saturday we headed to the store to start the process of getting it resized. We spent a long while trying to figure out what size to get the ring. Again way too hands-off with trying to figure out the size of the ring. Finally, she lands on a size 6. The is sent off to get resized on March 2nd. On March 16 we are able to pick the ring up. She feels like the ring is still a little too big but we decide to take the ring and let her wear it for a little while to try it out. The first couple of days she won't wear it out of the house. Finally, she wears it out starting Wednesday, Saturday morning we notice one of the Diamonds has fallen out of the band. Now we have to go back to the showroom. We got there and explained the situation that she had only worn the thing for 3 days since I gave it to her. They take the ring and send it back to get repaired (mind you this ring has barely been worn at this point). It got sent off on March 23rd and on April 6th we were told the ring had been repaired and it was ready for pick up. We get there and my fiance asks if they actually replaced the diamond or they just put it in a whole new setting. The person in the store reads the notes and tells us everything that she has in the notes. Basically, the ring had just had the diamond in the side replaced and all the other stones had been triple-checked. We take the ring home and think our day is over and the whole situation has been resolved. My fiance keeps telling me the ring feels bigger I'm telling her there's no way it could be bigger. Short version I was wrong. We ended up making another trip back to the store and asked them to check the size of the ring. The one that we were told was the original ring we sent in but fixed had magically gone from a size 6 to a 6.25. Somehow no one can tell us what happened. So now the ring has to get sent back again to get resized again because someone decided to cut some corners. The positive was the person at the store was trying to be as helpful as possible and this one shes like look you need a 5.75 so since we have to send it back again let's get it to the right size that would best fit your hand. The ring was sent off to get repaired again the same day we picked it up. Now today April 10th I got an email from the repair team telling me they would like to schedule a call with me. Ok sure but not for another 5 days. This place is absolutely ridiculous. Honestly, I read the reviews on Reddit and other places but she was sold on Brilliant Earth. I know most people only post negative reviews but this experience really makes you rethink choices. Any number you call will send you to the same call center. You can't get a straight answer from them you want help we can help you in a week. At this point, we won't be getting the wedding band from here.”
“I chose a 2.33 ct (IF) lab diamond in a solitaire setting, and it is STUNNING. This ring sparkles beautifully! I had to resize it twice within the 60 day window, and Brilliant Earth worked with me at every stage to make sure it fits perfectly. Thank you Brilliant Earth!”
“The pictures are misleading. The size thickness of the bank as illustrated on the web, is not the true representation of the band. The engagement band is very thin. I reached out to customer service twice. The third time, the user profile was deleted. Don't purchase off the web. See in person”
“From our appointment I fell in love with this ring design I knew it was going to be beautiful, but once my fiance proposed and I saw it in person I was blown away!!! It so much more brilliant and shinny and sparkly!!! It's just perfect!! I can't wait to marry the love of my life and I LOVE showing off my beautiful ring !”
“I loved the whole process of getting the ring. The only thing is the auto messages that was sent to my email about payment was kind of worrying until I contacted you to figure out what was going on.”
