“The diamond is absolutely stunning. Buying online, even with all the information available, can be a bit scary, however the ring was delivered on-time, even with it being delivered just before Christmas and a Canada Post work stoppage slowing down mail. The diamond sparkles and is everything we hoped for.
The rating would have been a perfect score, if not for the ring itself. It is a platinum ring, which is supposed to be the strongest available. However, the ring shape is a bit off. It is skewed a bit to one side, almost like it was pressed and skewed. It is something that bothers her a bit, but she hasn't suggested parting ways with the ring to have it fixed. We haven't even mentioned this to customer support.
I would recommend using Brilliant Earth instead of a local, traditional jeweler, for the main reason that this diamond was lab-created and the earth was not dug up or polish or environmental damage to extract the diamond from the earth. Leave diamonds in the earth. We have obviously perfected the creation of diamonds in the lab.”
