I was going back and forth with a few different rings for a while, but always ended up going back to the Versailles setting. We decided to go to the showroom in NYC to see it in person. The person who helped us there was so nice, patient and helpful. When I saw the Versailles in person, I knew for sure that's what I wanted. They only had a sample in white gold, but I ended up going with the rose gold because I wanted something a little different. It is absolutely breathtaking in person. The rose gold is very subtle, but exactly what I was hoping for. The center stone is an oval shape 1 carat natural diamond. The ring sparkles like crazy, and I've already gotten a ton of compliments in the few days I've had it. I also can't say enough good things about customer service. Before our appt, they called and asked me about budget, what I was looking for, and if there were any rings in particular I was interested in so that they can make sure they had a sample for me to try on. I went ahead and ordered my wedding band online a week or 2 afterwards, and they called to make sure I ordered the right metal color (I ordered the shared prong band in white gold). They knew I ordered my engagement ring in rose gold, so they wanted to double check to make sure there wasn't a mistake when I ordered.
