“We purchased this setting with a Montana sapphire for the headstone of my engagement ring. It took most of our savings but I really fell in love with the look of the ring and the unique stone. To be extra cautious I rarely wear my ring. I really only wear it to special events and holidays and still will take it off to wash my hands. Recently I noticed a large chip in the stone. I sent it in for an inspection and was told that I could pay to have it polished down 30-40% and then pay for a new setting or put in a pendant. I wasn't very happy as we spent a lot on this ring and I assumed I would have it for my lifetime. I am still unsure how a sapphire with such minimal wear and no event of trauma could chip as it did. I began to research the company and found some unsettling information. There were many unhappy BE customers. Many customers claimed they were paid off to delete negative reviews. After reading this about this company I am sickened that we have given so much money to them. I would highly recommend going with a company that has more integrity. We plan on saving up money and buying a new ring in a few years from a local company.”
