So when I proposed, the ring was too big and she couldn't wear it until it was resized or replaced. Customer service has tried helping but the whole process has been a very frustrating experience and I wouldn't buy a ring from brilliant earth again after this. What I absolutely love about the Aimee solitaire is how delicate (yet strong) and feminine the shank is, how the prongs do not interrupt any of the light flowing into the diamond, and how the basket is recessed into the shank for a cohesive and sturdy feel.
