“Last year, I proposed with this ring and while it is a beautiful ring, we have had the WORST customer service experience with Brilliant Earth. I would not recommend purchasing your ring from them! We had it resized by Brilliant Earth after the proposal, and just 1 year later, after normal wear, the band BROKE OPEN where they resized it. We sent it for repair and they have had it for over 5 weeks now. We have no idea when the ring will be sent back to us and have had to call them almost every day to get an update. They NEVER call us back when they say they will and their ""resolution specialists"" have not been able to get us a resolution for weeks. They have lost all future business from us and we are telling all our friends to never purchase from them.”
