“I was given my engagement ring in December and by February it has yellowed on the bottom significantly. This was a 18k white gold- and while I expect yellowing over time, it should not happen within two months. I contacted customer support and they said it could be due to the pH of my skin and that they could re-dip the ring for free. I do not have confidence in their product and am opting to have it re-dipped locally hopefully with better results.”
