“I customized this engagement ring and I absolutely loved it. However, 3 weeks after receiving it, one of the tiny diamonds fell out. After getting it repaired, the same one just fell out again about 6-8 months later. I'm not hard on the ring, I take it off to do dishes, shower, garden etc. There is not reason it should be falling out at all, let along twice in less than 1 year. I absolutely love this ring, but frustrated with the lack of quality and craftsmanship of the ring and the setting.”
