“Ring arrived, at first looked stunning. Closer inspection showed the center stone was slightly tilted forward, but not very noticeable, so something small we could get fixed later. After 2 days of my fiance wearing it, it completely deformed. Ring repair was covered, but ""company policy"" doesn't allow expediting or discounts, or even switching to a different setting without manager approval. So we've been without the ring for about a month now, probably another 2 weeks from getting it back. I would give a better review if BE gave me any feelings of caring about their customers (nothing against the CS reps helping us, they likely can't do anything outside of company policies). Always great having friends and family ask where the ring is, and you have to lie about having it fitted for a month and a half.”
