I called brilliant earth to complain and the return ordeal is outrageous. It takes 3 days just to get the return label. After that there is a lengthy email with about 10 different steps on how to package your item to ship it back. Talk about annoying. The lady on the phone told me it would take 2 weeks to get shipped back. Then from there another week to get the ring looked at and another 2 weeks to ship it back. Why would I want to be without a ring for 2 weeks? No thanks. I'll be taking my ring to a local shop in my city to replace the diamond for $70-$100 and only 3 days to fix. I'd rather spend the money myself to get it fixed then go through the huge hasstle with this company.”
