“The morganite is pretty but it's a little cloudy. I would have chose the sapphire. The band is pretty and thin. Love the rose gold. Sent back for a resize. Resize process was easy enough though they did keep it almost one month. Make sure you choose a snug size so you don't have to go through that.”

“My fiance and I went together to look at rings at a BE showroom months before he was going to propose. He purchased the ring, and wanted to surprise me, however Brilliant Earth sent me a copy of the confirmation receipt, so I knew the proposal was coming. Brilliant Earth completely ruined what was supposed to be one of the most memorable moments in our lives. Strike 1. A month into owning the ring with this specific setting, I saw black tarnishing on the bridge and shank plus a hairline fracture where the shank was fused together. Strike 2. I let our service rep know, and he told me to send in the ring. Once he received it, he told me they would need to remake the ring. I followed up with 3 times to no reply on the status of the ring. Finally, he replied letting me know I would get it in a week, which is almost a month after I sent it in after I was promised 2-2.5 weeks turnaround. Strike 3. Brilliant Earth needs to realize they are in the luxury goods business and therefore provide ""luxury"" service to customers. If you are willing to endure the terrible service I would recommend but there are plenty of other companies where you can spend your money that would provide better service with the same goods.”
