“The ring is beautiful. The only issue I had was that a diamond was missing on the prong and there was a diamond on the band that was a different color than the rest. I sent the ring back and after 4 weeks I was told the missing diamond would be replaced no charge! That part was awesome. But the different color diamond in the band was a different story. I was told that their experts looked at the band and saw no difference in color and suggested that the darkness may have been from the black polishing agent they use to clean. I was embarrassed for not think to wash it, but when I received it back, there it was, a dark colored diamond that stuck out like a sore thumb. I even asked the receptionist at the pick up and she too said it was visibly apparent that one diamond was mis-colored. I honestly considered sending it back but I didn't want to wait another 4 weeks for their experts to say the same thing. I will prob go to a local jeweler and pay for a replacement diamond solely because I have to have them ship it out to San Francisco in order to get it fixed with brilliant earth.”
