“We enjoy the company values and the craftmanship however the size was off by 1.5. We ordered size 5 ring and received 6.5 (after having it sized by several jewelers in the area). I understand that sizes are not universal but after several jewelers tell us we need a 5 and we ordered a 5, I would expect the ring to maybe be off by a half size but not 1.5”
