“My fiance proposed with this ring in January of 2022. It was absolutely everything I could have wanted in a ring and it was, and still is so gorgeous. When I checked out the ring, one diamond seemed off on the halo, but I assumed it was in tact and had been checked over by the company, so I didn't worry about it. Fast forward a few months and the diamond I was worried about fell off and was lost. We were disappointed. Fast forward another couple months and a diamond on the band fell off. So that is now two diamonds that are gone and I have had this ring less than 10 months. The company will not replace lost stones which I do understand, but I am simply disappointed that we lost stones due to poor setting quality. Now, not only did my fiance spend a considerable amount for this gorgeous ring, but we have to replace the lost stones and have the setting looked at to make sure the others are in place. Yes, the ring is stunning, but we are extremely disappointed that the stones were not set properly and are lost. Now I suppose we shall see if any more fall off before we can have it looked at.”
