“I thought the products at Brilliant Earth were just absolutely stunning. So let me lead with that, the product is good. But the purchasing side of things does not instill confidence. I felt that there was a lack of transparency and communication when it came to the transaction of purchasing the ring. I will expand, I enrolled in a Wells Fargo Jewelry Advantage Plan to help Finance the Ring, but when I originally went to purchase the ring, Brilliant Earth failed to complete the transaction and I wasn't notified about it. I thought it was a fault of the banks, so I attempted to sort the matter out with Wells Fargo, but they had no idea why the transaction failed. I called back my sales person and we were able to complete the transaction on the second go around. To be secure, I emailed the info@/helpdesk@ and asked I be sent an invoice of what I purchased, once I saw the funds had been pulled from my account. I got a response from the info@ email address, but there was no attachment of a receipt when they said there was. I decided I would let it be for a while. A couple weeks later the jewelry arrived like it was expected to, it came in a lovely package, and had a great case to store the ring. Though I didn't like the process of purchasing the ring, I do not regret my purchase.”
“When I went into Brilliant Earth to try on wings this was not at all what I pictured loving but this ring is my dream ring and I didn't even know it. It is feminine yet elegant, and every time I look down I can't believe it's mine. I have only had it about 3 weeks and received so many compliments on it - even had someone take pictures of it to show it to someone else! I have really small hands and I feel as though this ring doesn't overwhelm them or make them look stumpy.”
