“The band is very nice, but a stone fell out after just one day of normal use which, to me, is unacceptable. Brilliant Earth is rectifying the problem but it means my fiancee is without a ring for month or so while it gets repaired/sent back to us. Sort of puts a damper on an otherwise exciting engagement... Bummer.”
